“Swing Out and Latin Passion” is our theme for the 22nd Annual, Gotta Dance, Extrava/Dance Weekend. This event will be held at the Ameri/Suites Hotel in Pasco, Washington, on August 18th and 19th. (Friday and Saturday)

Our very special guests will be Buddy and Laurie Schwimmer from Los Angeles and Mr. Terry West from Seattle, Washington (the best of the best DJ). These Celebrities will be entertaining our attendees with workshops, showcases and the best dance music that can be had in the Tri-Cities!

Bob and I would like to share with you our exciting agenda for this fun and enthralling weekend.

Swing and Latin Gala, Friday August 18, 2006
Registration will begin at 7pm in the hotel ballroom. All seats are reserved with ten-top tables. Friday festivities will include complimentary refreshments for all our guests. Buddy and Laurie will conduct a “Mystery Dance Class!” as well as great dance music with Terry playing top favorites in Latin and Swing with Ballroom selections. There will be lots of dancing and entertainment—enjoy!

Saturday, August 19, 2006, Showcase Showdown
Doors open at 6:30pm (reserved seating only). A grand gourmet buffet dinner will be served at 7:30pm, followed by Terry’s great music selection. Buddy and Laurie will be performing their style of dance for everyone’s pleasure.

A special dance will be performed by our “mystery couple”. We can’t tell you who or what, but we know you will be surprised. We’re also very excited to bring to this event the award winning Elite Danz Team.

And as if that is not enough, we will feature The Glass Slipper Shoe Vendor from Portland, Oregon. So if you’re in need of dance shoes and accessories, the Ameri/Suite Suite Hotel will be the place to shop, while at this dance event.

For all those who love to dance, don’t forget to “Dance, Jive and Rock!” In the meantime, we hope you are watching So You Think You Can Dance every Wednesday and Thursday at 9pm, on the Fox Television Station. We are hoping Benji and Heidi will be finalists (give them a call)!
